Joann Lane, Office Manager. Joann oversees firm operations, administrative functions, and internal processes. Since joining the firm in 2000, she has been instrumental in supporting both staff and clients while maintaining efficient workflow across departments.
In addition to managing daily office operations, Joann is actively involved in accounting and client service functions, including tax return processing, accounts receivable and payable, and client communications.
She also plays a key role in payroll systems administration, working extensively with ADP on year-end processing, W-2 review, employee access support, and system troubleshooting. Joann collaborates with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
With a broad range of responsibilities spanning operations, accounting support, and systems coordination, Joann serves as a central resource within the firm.
