Dan Mrazik, Chief Operating Officer. With more than 15 years of management experience, Dan oversees the firm’s daily operations and leads the strategic management of internal processes, systems, and workflow optimization. His extensive experience in organizational leadership and operations management ensures that the firm functions efficiently, supports its professionals effectively, and delivers a consistently high‑quality client experience.
In his role, Dan directs firmwide administrative operations, including various human resources, technology, facilities, and project management functions. He works closely with Masotti & Masotti’s partners to streamline workflows, enhance team collaboration, and implement operational best practices that support growth, service excellence, and long‑term sustainability.
Dan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University.
